Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups of Sifted Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 ¼ Cups of Low-fat Milk
  • 2 Egg Whites

Directions

Mix in first six ingredients together well. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, fold into the other ingredients (this step is important because it makes the pancakes fluffy). Cook on griddle or bake in waffle iron.
