Whole Wheat Pancakes
Ingredients

- 1 ½ Cups of Sifted Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 tsp. Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 ¼ Cups of Low-fat Milk
- 2 Egg Whites
Instructions
Mix in first six ingredients together well. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, fold into the other ingredients (this step is important because it makes the pancakes fluffy). Cook on griddle or bake in waffle iron.
